Key Dates
Abstracts will be assessed by the organising committee and presenters will be notified approximately 4 weeks prior to the conference if they have been selected for a poster or short talk.
Fees
Registration fees are can be found in the ‘Categories’ section below and include VAT, networking lunches and coffee breaks on all days.
Payment by Paypal or credit/debit card is required to proceed with registration.
An automated confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address on the same day to confirm your place on the conference. If you do not receive this, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Annual Conference Dinner and Ceilidh

Òran Mór Glasgow
Experience a taste of Scotland! Join us for a night of live traditional Scottish music from the well-known ceilidh band, ‘Whisky Kiss’. Enjoy a delicious 3-course meal followed by lots of fun and dancing at the Òran Mór.
Admission to the dinner and ceilidh is strictly by ticket only. If you have registered for this social event, you can collect your ticket at the conference.
Accompanying persons / family members are welcome to attend the dinner and ceilidh. This option is available on the registration form where you can select more than one ticket. You can also email direct to purchase a ticket prior to 1 May (£75 per person).

Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellations must be made by email to conference@crukscotlandinstitute.ac.uk no later than Friday 24 April to receive a refund.
Any cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Attendees can send a replacement free of charge.
Photography
Photography will take place at this event for Cancer Research UK Scotland Institute’s promotional and archival purposes. This may include newsletters, publications, marketing emails, webpages, and social media.
